About

Fix the process, then the platform, then the habit.

I lead ICT for large, multi-entity organisations, hospitality, residential and commercial property, engineering and construction, and defence support. The method holds whatever the sector: read the estate honestly, fix the process before buying the platform, put a delivery cadence around the team, and prove the result in numbers a board recognises.

Most recently that has meant a full ERP automation programme, an AI assistant for policy and document review, and a cybersecurity strategy aligned to international standards all inside one holding group.

Alongside the operating role I hold a Train the Trainer certification and teach at Hadya Academy: project management foundations, AI and Microsoft Copilot, work management with Asana, and cybersecurity awareness for end users. Building capability inside other people's teams turned out to be the highest-leverage work I do.

  • Designed and built a talent management application, CAFM, POS, CRM, hospitality and commercial PMS, and full ERP automation through Power Automate with analytics and AI.
  • Deployed the Hadya AI chatbot to interpret policy and procedure and review shared documents, cutting around 30% of the effort teams spent on document review.
  • Initiated execution of the group cybersecurity strategy aligned to international standards, strengthening the overall security posture.
  • Audited five years of infrastructure and technology investment using agile methodology, then sequenced the upgrade programme that followed.
  • Rebuilt process modules for faster response times and less downtime across every business unit.
  • Introduced a structured assignment process that removed task-allocation delays, and set the KPI framework used to monitor delivery and trigger corrective action.
  • Owns technology budget, financial performance and cost-reduction analysis; represents the group with partners, vendors and senior stakeholders.
